Service
Carrying out preventative maintenance helps prolong the life of your equipment and keeps your doors running to their optimum.
All installations are different in one way or another. We know this from experience. As a matter of routine we will tailor a service plan to your specific requirements. This will ensure that your equipment will receive the correct attention and continue to function safely and efficiently.
In conjunction with your service an engineer will carry out a full safety check to make sure that your doors operate to British Standards.
Following completion of your service you will receive a signed and dated work sheet reporting on what procedures where carried out and what, if any, adjustments were made. Our engineers will also pre-warn you if any of the consumable parts are part worn and in need of replacement. By doing so you are able to budget for any future work that may need to be carried out. Any parts that are found to be of immediate concern will be brought to your attention before our engineer leaves site.
